**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing word processing tasks, such as data entry, document review, and editing
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records, ensuring high levels of attention to detail
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes and services
**Days/Hours and Training:**
This is a full-time opportunity, with a standard 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. During your first 2-3 weeks, you'll undergo comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
