We're proud to be a trusted source of information for our readers, and we're committed to delivering high-quality content that meets their needs. **Job Summary** We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including making outbound calls to clients, completing data entry, filing paperwork, and running company reports using Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will be a strong multitasker, dependable, and tech-savvy, with previous experience in a similar role. **Responsibilities** As an Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following: * **Supporting day-to-day office responsibilities**: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned. * **Making outbound calls to clients**: Make regular calls to clients to update them on our services, answer their questions, and provide them with information about our publication. * **Completing data entry**: Enter client information, sales data, and other relevant information into our database using Microsoft Excel. * **Filing paperwork**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital. * **Running company reports**: Use Microsoft Excel to run reports on sales, client data, and other relevant information. * **Updating client files and company databases**: Ensure that all client files and company databases are up-to-date and accurate. * **Performing other administrative tasks**: Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by our management team. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: * **Previous experience in an administrative role**: You will need to have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry. * **Strong Microsoft Excel skills**: You will need to have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage databases, run reports, and perform data analysis. * **Dependability and strong work ethic**: You will need to be a dependable and hardworking individual who can meet deadlines and complete tasks on time. * **Excellent communication skills**: You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * **Ability to multitask**: You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. **Preferred Qualifications** While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be highly desirable: * **Experience in a similar industry**: Experience in a similar industry, such as publishing or media, would be highly desirable. * **Certification in Microsoft Excel**: Certification in Microsoft Excel would be highly desirable. * **Experience with database management**: Experience with database management would be highly desirable. * **Bilingual or multilingual**: Bilingual or multilingual skills would be highly desirable. **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Administrative skills**: Strong administrative skills, including the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. * **Communication skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * **Data analysis skills**: Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to create and manage databases and run reports. * **Time management skills**: Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * **Problem-solving skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically and creatively. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
