We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialist positions at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Assessment: Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Reporting Solutions: Transform raw data into actionable statistics through comprehensive reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical details and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
- Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Reporting Platforms: Experience with reporting platforms, particularly SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
- Programming Knowledge: Development experience with ASP.NET, C#, or JavaScript.
- Database Expertise: Experience with Transact SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis tasks.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
- Experience with Hadoop or Oracle databases.
- Development experience with Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience.
- Understanding of healthcare industry data standards and regulations.
- Previous remote work experience or virtual team collaboration.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience is required for this position. We value practical experience and continuous learning, so equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
