Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for an exciting opportunity as an Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialist. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you reside within 70 miles of San Antonio, Texas. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a variety of critical and routine tasks that support our healthcare eligibility operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter, validate, and update information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems. This includes data entry of new information, validation of existing data, corrections or updates to records, and thorough documentation of all findings.
- Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks. You will be required to locate, organize, and process various types of documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Process Transactions: Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions. Adherence to established protocols is essential for maintaining quality and compliance.
- Appointment Management: Review images and documentation to determine if an appointment requires rescheduling. Your attention to detail will help ensure that individuals receive timely services.
- Performance Achievement: Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management. This includes meeting accuracy targets, productivity quotas, and deadline requirements.
