Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Business Analyst & Scrum Master Trainee to join our remote team. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about business processes, technology, and agile methodologies but may not have direct industry experience. We provide full training, mentorship support, and certification preparation to help you succeed in this role.
As a trainee in this position, you will receive hands-on experience in business analysis practices, requirements gathering, test planning, and agile scrum framework fundamentals. Upon successful completion of our comprehensive training program, you will be well-positioned to take on responsibilities as a full-fledged Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master within our organization or with our client partners.
Key Responsibilities
Throughout your training and as you progress in this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Learn to effectively gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders including clients, product owners, and development teams. Develop well-structured requirement documents that are clear, traceable, and testable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in requirements workshops and collaborative sessions to discuss and refine documented business requirements. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- User Story Development: Create user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that clearly outline the expected behavior and outcomes. Ensure requirements are properly formatted and ready for development implementation.
- Test Planning & Case Development: Assist in creating comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements. Support quality assurance efforts throughout the development lifecycle.
- Backlog Management: Organize and maintain the team backlog, prioritizing items based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder feedback. Ensure the backlog remains clean, prioritized, and actionable.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Answer incoming client inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, product owners, and development teams to support new product initiatives and sales strategies. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences. Develop a basic understanding of business development processes and client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Career Motivation: Highly motivated individuals seeking career advancement in business analysis, project management, or agile methodology fields.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.

- Remote Work Capability: Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup for remote work. Must be able to maintain a professional workspace and schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or administrative roles is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all qualified candidates.
