- Session Documentation: Provide comprehensive session reports for our office and families within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session, ensuring clear communication and tracking of student progress.
- Time Management: Effectively balance tutoring hours for each assigned student, maintaining a consistent schedule and maximizing the impact of every session.
- Adaptive Teaching: Employ various teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that each student receives instruction in a way that resonates with them.
- Homework Support: Assist students with homework preparation, helping them understand assignments, reinforce classroom learning, and develop effective study habits.
- Test Preparation: Implement test anxiety strategies and equip students with the confidence and techniques needed to perform well on assessments.
