What You'll Be Doing
As an integral member of our document management team, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Incoming Document Reception: Receive and carefully inspect incoming test materials and assessments, ensuring all components are present and properly organized for processing.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning and uploading by checking for clarity, proper orientation, and completeness. Your attention to detail will ensure that every test is ready for accurate electronic processing.
- Electronic Grading Support: Upload scanned test documents into our computerized grading system, verifying that each file is correctly associated with the appropriate student and assessment ID.
- Quality Control: Perform preliminary quality checks to identify and flag any issues with scanned documents, such as missing pages, illegible content, or formatting errors.
- Data Integrity Maintenance: Follow established protocols to maintain the accuracy and security of sensitive student assessment data throughout the scanning and upload process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily processing targets and ensure smooth workflow operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processed materials and report any discrepancies or concerns to your supervisor promptly.

- Assignment Duration: Approximately 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
