OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
Reporting to the Vice President Services Procurement, Europe (vacant) and then Managing Director of Europe, the Director Procurement Solutions Europe will act as a Subject Matter Expert for all operational procurement solutions in Europe. This role is key to enabling, creating and expanding services procurement opportunities with existing and new prospective clients and is responsible for supporting the design of procurement solutions, developing and implementing procurement strategies for services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery in Europe.

This position will be pivotal in the development of new engagement opportunities, projects and delivery of engagements. The role will also bring forth new ideas for all AgileOne business, to keep AgileOne in the forefront of the services procurement outsourcing & consulting field.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Multi-language skills in Dutch and German an advantage. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Minimal (25%)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Office or home office-based role with associated lifting of minimal equipment, sitting / standing, repetitive actions.
