The Director of Brand Experience & Creative will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Vacatia�s brand identity, creative direction, and customer-facing experience. This role ensures consistency, innovation, and emotional resonance across digital, on-property, marketing, sales, and corporate channels.

Your Impact
- Develop and lead Vacatia�s overarching brand strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Oversee creative direction across digital, social, performance marketing, property collateral, sales materials, and internal communications.
- Elevate the on-property brand experience, ensuring visual identity, messaging, and guest touchpoints reflect Vacatia�s promise.
- Build and manage a high-performing creative team, including designers, content creators, and agency partners.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, guidelines, and governance processes across departments and properties.
- Partner with Marketing to align brand storytelling with demand generation and revenue objectives.
- Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to evolve messaging, positioning, and experience strategy.
- Drive innovation in visual identity, content strategy, and experiential design to strengthen emotional connection and loyalty.
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution and ROI.
What You Bring
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive brand, creative, or marketing leadership experience, including team management.
- Proven track record building and evolving consumer-facing brands, ideally within hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that connect brand strategy to measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, UX principles, and experiential brand design.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution and operational rigor.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
