How You’ll Work

About the Role
CRST’s Dedicated Solutions division delivers customized, asset-based fleet programs for regional and national shippers across the country. These solutions improve safety, efficiency, and service consistency for customers who rely on dedicated capacity.

As a Dedicated Sales Director, you’ll lead the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and implementation. You’ll shape CRST’s dedicated growth strategy by building programs tailored to customer needs while partnering closely with Operations and Pricing teams.
