Position Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link between our members and our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to process electronic submissions with speed and accuracy while ensuring that all documentation meets our stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be expected to perform the following duties with precision and professionalism:
- Electronic Submission Processing: Receive, review, and process member submissions sent electronically in a timely manner, ensuring all data is captured accurately and completely.
- Data Verification and Validation: Compare entered data with source documents submitted by members, identifying discrepancies and ensuring consistency between all records.

- Accuracy Assurance: Perform quality checks on all processed entries, maintaining an accuracy rate that meets or exceeds departmental standards.

- Record Maintenance: Accurately document and record all member information in our database systems, ensuring data integrity and proper categorization.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the established daily processing quota while maintaining quality standards.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow specific instructions and procedures for each type of submission, adapting to updates and changes in processing guidelines as required.

Essential Qualifications
