Position Overview

- Database Entry and Maintenance: Input, update, and maintain candidate and client information in our database systems with exceptional speed and accuracy. Ensure all data is entered correctly the first time, minimizing the need for corrections or revisions.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Meticulously verify all entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and resolve them promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Document Preparation and Organization: Prepare, organize, and categorize documents and forms required for data entry. Ensure that all source materials are properly indexed and stored for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to provide comprehensive data-related support. Assist with special projects, data migrations, and ad-hoc requests that align with your skill set.
- Data Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of the database to identify duplicate entries, outdated information, or inconsistencies. Ensure all data handling practices comply with company standards and relevant regulations.
