Technical Requirements: Setting Up Your Home Office
To ensure you have the best possible experience providing customer support, arenaflex requires the following technology and equipment:
- Personal Computer: A desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or Windows 11 (tablets are not compatible)
- Internet Connection: Broadband internet with a minimum recommended speed of 10 MBPS. A wired ethernet connection is required – Wi-Fi and mobile internet are not supported for this role
- Security: Valid, up-to-date antivirus software must be installed and running
- Audio Equipment: USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- Webcam: A webcam will be provided (loaned) to each contractor for the duration of the contract
- Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions

Schedule and Compensation Details
Schedule Information
This is a seasonal contract opportunity running through April 15th, 2024. As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you will have complete flexibility to create your own schedule. Available hours span from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week, including both weekday and weekend options. Compensation Structure
- Earn up to $19 per hour
- Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn $16-$19 per hour during peak season (January through April)
- Non-peak season rates typically range from $15.60-$17.50 per hour
