Our mission is to help our clients reduce administrative burdens and deliver an efficient, user-friendly fee management experience. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who embodies empathy, excellent communication, and a strong desire to help customers succeed. Whether you are a recent graduate or new to this field, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in customer relationship management while working with a fast-growing tech product.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and product guidance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction
