About the Role

As a Customer Service & Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer support through both phone and email channels. You'll handle a variety of non-technical issues including customer billing inquiries, shipping concerns, delivery updates, order processing, and general customer inquiries.
