- Product Knowledge Mastery: Become an expert in our product lines by utilizing arenaflex's training tools and resources. Learn about materials, applications, specifications, and best practices across multiple departments.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire buying journey – from initial greeting and qualification, through product recommendations, to closing the sale and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Selling: Help customers see the bigger picture by selling complete projects rather than individual items. Understand how products work together and suggest complementary solutions.
- Department Versatility: Master the fundamentals of adjacent departments to provide seamless assistance across the store. Be prepared to support team members in various areas as needed.
- Stock Management Excellence: Maintain the in-stock condition of your assigned areas. Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and readily available for customers.
- Store Presentation: Keep your department clean, shoppable, and visually appealing. Ensure merchandise is properly signed, priced, and arranged to enhance the shopping experience.
- Safety Commitment: Maintain a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and procedures. Complete all required safety training, immediately correct hazards or unsafe conditions, and report concerns to management promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations. Support other departments and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Essential Qualifications:
