About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our Pharmacy Benefits team, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking clarity about their prescription coverage. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers who have questions about their insurance benefits, medication coverage, mail-order prescription services, and overall pharmacy options. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Member Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from members seeking information about their prescription insurance plans, coverage details, and pharmacy benefits with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain Prescription Coverage: Provide clear, accurate explanations of medication coverage, copays, deductibles, and insurance plan options to help members understand their benefits.
- Mail Order Prescription Support: Assist members with understanding and utilizing mail-order prescription services, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
- First-Call Resolution: Strive to resolve member questions and concerns during the initial contact, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Product and Process Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PBM processes, insurance terminology, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications

- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Our call centers operate 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST for work-from-home employees.
