Position Overview: Healthcare Benefits Customer Support Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to new heights. As a Healthcare Benefits Support Specialist, you will answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members, addressing their questions and concerns related to their healthcare benefits. What You'll Do
As a vital member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Professional Call Management: Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.

- Multi-System Navigation: Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including phone systems, CRM software, knowledge bases, and client-specific portals.
- Attendance Excellence: Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, understanding that reliability is crucial in providing consistent customer support.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues through one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processes, striving to close every interaction with a satisfied customer.
- Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, first call resolution rates, and quality assurance standards.
- Policy Balance: Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, finding creative solutions that serve both the organization and the customer.
