Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Services at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in representing our client's brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Providing exceptional support for streaming services, including account assistance, subscription management, and billing inquiries
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming on various devices including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and streaming players
- Assisting customers with navigation, content discovery, and feature utilization within streaming platforms
- Building rapport with customers by demonstrating a genuine passion for movies, TV shows, and animated content
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and resolution rates
- Staying current with new features, content releases, and updates to streaming services
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming platforms on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Basic PC keyboarding skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience with the ability to diagnose and solve problems effectively
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to use several applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred but not required)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote/home office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
Since this is a remote position, you must have the following to be successful when working from home:
- Excellent Internet Connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download—the faster, the better!
- Connection Type: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. You must have an in-house network.
- Hard-Wired Connection: A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates is required.
- Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work where you can take calls without background noise.
- Equipment Setup: While arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, you must have a suitable workspace setup to begin your journey with us.
