We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative (Remote) to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Order Status Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines according to established department and intra-departmental policies and procedures.
- Product Information Support: Respond to customer inquiries about product specifications, usage instructions, compatibility, and technical documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Returns Processing: Handle customer returns efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with established department policies and maintaining proper documentation throughout the process.
- Billing Resolution: Work closely with the Medical Billing department to investigate and resolve disputed billing charges, ensuring fair and accurate outcomes for our customers.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide timely and constructive feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures, customer concerns, and areas for improvement within the customer experience.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring customers receive timely updates on resolution progress.
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or in a call center/customer service environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, training materials, and industry documentation.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages with accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in a dynamic work environment.
- Technology Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed to support our customers' needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
