What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the excellent reputation of our Fortune 500 healthcare client. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Issue Resolution
- Handling all incoming customer issues with efficiency and empathy, utilizing smart customer-focused decision-making skills to resolve concerns promptly.
- Acting as a crucial liaison between the warehouse, office, and customers to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Researching, resolving, and meticulously tracking customer issues including service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other discrepancies.
