Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the first point of contact for our valued guests. Collect payments from customers, make correct change, and process various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Maintain accountability for all transactions and balance your register at the end of each shift.
- Food Preparation Excellence: Prepare pizza orders consistently according to arenaflex guidelines and quality standards. Follow proper food handling procedures, ensure accurate topping placement, and maintain consistency in every product you create. Take pride in knowing that each pizza you make represents our brand.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace from our customers' viewpoint. Essential Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling
