Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our Internal Body Shop and clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow coordination, and exceptional service delivery. What You'll Do
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of coordination and support functions that keep our Body Shop operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Work Planning Support: Assist in scheduling and coordinating repair activities, ensuring that all tasks are properly planned and executed according to timelines. You will work closely with our technical team to maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between Client Guarantee Trained Professionals and the Body Shop. You will handle inquiries professionally, provide updates, and ensure that clients are informed throughout their service experience.
- Vehicle Appearance Planning: Coordinate and manage vehicle appearance-related matters, including aesthetics, presentation standards, and final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- CCC Network Coordination: Manage interactions with CCC organization appearances and ensure all documentation and processes align with industry standards and company protocols.
- Customer Correspondence & Satisfaction: Handle all customer communications professionally, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Rental Coordination & Handoff: Assist clients with rental vehicle arrangements and coordinate seamless handoff processes, ensuring mobility solutions are provided during repair periods.
- Vehicle Announcements: Manage vehicle-related announcements, updates, and notifications to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and completion status.
- Materials & Supplies Management: Handle reordering of materials and supplies needed for body shop operations, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring no interruptions in workflow.
- Repair Assessment & Delivery: Participate in repair assessment processes and coordinate vehicle delivery procedures, ensuring quality standards are met before returning vehicles to clients.

Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Automotive Technology, or related fields are strongly preferred.
- Professional School Certification: Certification from a Professional School in Crash Repair is highly desirable and will be given priority consideration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to follow instructions accurately and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong capability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and the general public.
- Technical Comfort: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred. Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a collision repair shop environment, including exposure to shop noises, activities, and fast-paced atmospheres.
