What You'll Be Doing (Essential Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling a wide variety of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Superior Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized support to all customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll become intimately familiar with the arenaflex portfolio of products and services, including our renowned communications and media resources.
- Managing Incoming Communications: Professionally answer incoming calls related to events, subscriptions, and general inquiries. This includes providing detailed information, addressing concerns, and offering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Proactive Outreach: Place outgoing calls for callback management, follow-up on customer matters, and handle miscellaneous assignments as directed by management.
- Issue Resolution: Actively identify and escalate customer problems or concerns to your Manager. Ensure appropriate actions are taken promptly to resolve issues while maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Consistently build your product knowledge and refine your skills through daily on-the-job training and development opportunities. This includes staying current with new products, services, and industry trends through various channels such as telephone, email, online chat, or in-person interactions.
- Order Processing: Accurately collect and enter orders for new or additional products and services, ensuring all details are captured correctly in our system.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive customer accounts and records, documenting all interactions including inquiries, complaints, comments, and resolutions to ensure continuity of service.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of B2B customer service or sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success in client-facing roles.

Compensation & Benefits
