**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our arenaflex team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Experience:**
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Operations:**
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
+ Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
+ Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* **Store Maintenance:**
+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised.
+ Take inventory and maintain records.
+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Asset Protection:**
+ Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
* **Visual Merchandising:**
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
+ Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Photo Services:**
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
+ Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
* **Web Pick-up:**
+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus.
+ Fill orders (pick items).
+ Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Store Maintenance:**
+ Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex.
