The Role: Your Opportunity to Drive Client Success
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, you will be the key to our clients' success. You'll join our vibrant commercial team, focusing on getting top-tier eCommerce companies started on the right foot with our innovative software solution. This isn't just a support role—it's a strategic position where you'll be instrumental in transforming how new clients perceive and utilize our platform.
We offer users a free trial period, so in order for us to win the client over, they need to understand the benefits and opportunities of arenaflex, but also have a successful test where they can see a positive return on their investment. Your role is critical in making this happen. You'll be the face of arenaflex for our newest customers, guiding them through their 30-day free trial, demonstrating the undeniable value of our platform, helping solve any issues that arise, and creating a clear path to their long-term success.
This position offers a unique blend of customer success, technical consulting, and relationship building. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest retailers in the world while developing expertise in digital advertising, eCommerce trends, and platform management. Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach & Guidance: Proactively reach out to newly signed eCommerce companies and guide them through the step-by-step process of designing powerful catalog advertisements using the arenaflex platform. You'll be their trusted consultant from day one.
- Check-ins & Follow-ups: Conduct regular check-ins with trial users to ensure they're on the right path to success. Identify potential roadblocks early and offer a helping hand where necessary to keep clients engaged and motivated.
- Consultation & Technical Assistance: Become a subject matter expert in arenaflex and catalog advertising best practices. Use your growing knowledge to support our clients throughout their trial period, understanding their unique business needs and guiding them toward success with their advertising campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Develop a solid grasp of the technicalities of product feeds, catalogs, and major advertising platforms to help our eCommerce companies succeed. You'll need to understand how data flows through systems and how to optimize for better performance.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through video calls, emails, and presentations. Your exceptional communication skills will be key to establishing trust and credibility.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting client issues during the onboarding process. Work collaboratively with our technical support team to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Success Path Creation: Develop customized success plans for each client based on their business goals, industry, and current capabilities. Guide them through milestones that lead to conversion from trial to paid subscription.
- Feedback Loop: Gather valuable feedback from clients about their onboarding experience and communicate this to our product and marketing teams to help improve our processes and platform.
- Training & Enablement: Create and deliver training materials, webinars, and documentation that help clients get the most out of the arenaflex platform.
- Product Advocacy: Be an ambassador for arenaflex, demonstrating our value proposition and helping clients see how our solution fits into their broader marketing strategy.
Essential Qualifications
- Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role. You should be comfortable working directly with customers and understanding their needs.
- Passion for Helping Others: You're genuinely driven by helping people and businesses flourish. Your motivation should come from seeing your clients succeed, not just hitting metrics.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You must be able to build personal relationships with clients over video calls and through professional email correspondence.
- Presentation Abilities: Strong presentation skills that allow you to clearly explain complex concepts and demonstrate platform features to audiences of varying technical expertise.
- Quick Learner with Adaptability: Our industry and the platforms our users advertise on are constantly changing and being updated. You must be able to grasp new knowledge, learn quickly, and pivot your approach as needed. If you prefer being told exactly what to do step by step, this may not be the right position for you.
- Technical Aptitude: A good understanding of digital advertising and technical concepts. While we will train you on all the specifics, you need to have the ability to grasp technical ideas such as product feeds, data integration, and how advertising platforms work technically.
- Advertising Platform Experience: At least 1+ year of experience working with major advertising platform managers or similar tools used for digital campaign management.
- Marketing Fundamentals: A basic grasp of online marketing principles and eCommerce business models. Understanding of how digital advertising fits into broader marketing strategies.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Danish is NOT required, so this role is open to international candidates).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS customer success or onboarding roles
- Background working with eCommerce businesses or online retailers
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or similar advertising interfaces
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems
- Understanding of tracking technologies and attribution models
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
- Additional language capabilities beyond English
