* Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

* Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
