Content & Creative Partner (Agency or Freelancer) for High-Growth Startup (Full Funnel | Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

We’re building a category-defining company in dental staffing—and content marketing is a huge piece of how we win. We’re looking for a high-end content & creative partner (agency or individual) to work with us long term and act as an extension of our internal team. This is not a typical “social media management” role. We want a partner who can help us build a recognizable, category-leading brand and establish Kwikly as the #1 thought leader in dentistry and staffing. ⸻ Scope of Work: You will support and execute across our full content ecosystem: • Social media strategy & execution (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) • Paid ad creatives (in collaboration with our team) • Content ideation & campaign development • Copywriting (short + long form) • Graphic design & visual assets • Video editing (we provide raw footage from our in-house studio) • Content calendar & publishing cadence • Brand consistency across all channels • Ongoing creative testing and iteration We have an in-house content studio and will provide raw footage, concepts, and access to our team—your role is to turn that into high-performing, high-quality content at scale. ⸻ Who This Is For: We are open to: • High-quality agencies with a strong creative track record • Senior freelancers who can operate at a high level across multiple areas The key requirement: you must be able to deliver top-tier, brand-level work consistently. ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience working with high-growth startups or premium brands • Strong portfolio across video, design, and content systems • Ability to create cohesive, recognizable brand presence (not fragmented content) • Deep understanding of social-first content and paid creative • Strong copywriting and storytelling capabilities • Ability to operate with speed, consistency, and high standards • Strategic thinking—not just execution ⸻ What Success Looks Like: • Kwikly becomes a recognized voice in dentistry • Content that drives engagement, shares, and inbound demand • A consistent, high-quality brand presence across all platforms • A repeatable content engine (not one-off posts)
