You will work directly under senior leadership, supporting multifamily and investment sales across Michigan and expanding markets.<br><br> </div><div> <br>This is not a passive desk role. It is a demanding, hands-on position requiring initiative, resilience, and ownership.<br><br> </div><div> <br>You will gain direct exposure to:<br><br> </div><div> <br>Underwriting and financial analysis<br>Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and pricing strategy<br>Market research and comparable sales analysis<br>Prospecting and relationship development<br>Property tours and client meetings<br>Offering memorandum preparation<br>Strategic negotiation<br>Full-cycle deal execution from listing through closing<br><br> </div><div> <strong><br>Resources and Mentorship<br></strong><br> </div><div> <br>You will receive:<br><br> </div><div> <br>Direct mentorship from senior leadership<br>Access to underwriting models and proprietary valuation frameworks<br>CRM, data platforms, and market research tools<br>Exposure to investor relationships and capital strategy<br>Marketing support for offering materials<br>Structured accountability and performance tracking<br><br> </div><div> <br>We believe brokers should think like principals.
