Collector (Early Stage Delinquency)

LoanMart is a company that provides non-traditional lending solutions to help individuals resolve financial setbacks. The Collector role involves providing exceptional customer service and negotiating with customers to secure payments on delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply exceptional negotiation and collections techniques to secure payments, while reducing stalls and obstruction to payment opportunities
• Identify prime collection opportunities
• Provide effective education and service to our customers to minimize the need for vehicle repossession in later delinquency stages
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
