Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

The Cloud Infrastructure Administrator supports enterprise infrastructure environments that host critical application stacks for teaching, research, and administrative services. Working with platform, server, and network engineers, this role assists in the operation and maintenance of compute and storage systems across virtualized and cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities include supporting virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, data protection, and related infrastructure services. The role also assists with automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management activities to help ensure infrastructure is secure and reliable. This position reports to the Manager of Cloud Operations and Engineering within the Enterprise Infrastructure Services department.

Duties/Responsibilities

(55%) Assist with daily operational management and support of enterprise virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and data protection solutions:

(30%) Using CI/CD concepts for guidance, assist with managing, configuring, and ensuring the successful lifecycle of virtual and cloud-based assets in the USNH private and public cloud environments:

(10%) Contribute to additional assigned projects as a resource:

(5%) General IT support:

Compensation Pay Range:

$60,360.00 - $107,920.00
