- Appropriate Routing: Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department. Your ability to identify the right escalation path ensures that complex issues receive the specialized attention they deserve.
- Call Transfer Excellence: Transfer callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues. You'll learn to identify when a caller needs specialized support and ensure they reach the right resource without unnecessary delays.
