Reports to: Regional Manager North Italy

 

Job Description and Areas of Responsibility:

• Train patients on the proper use of the LifeVest device

• Deliver clinical information to healthcare centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales team

• Promote the benefits of LifeVest, maintain relationships with existing customers, and advise new clients

• Keep medical staff up to date on the latest clinical evidence in preparation for conference presentations

• Support and train new staff members (internal and external), issuing user certifications

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, including handling backup tasks as needed

• Offer technical assistance and, when required, replace device components at patients’ homes

• Retrieve discontinued materials from patients at hospital facilities after use
