As a Client Communications Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing all incoming client inquiries through various chat and messaging platforms. - Inquiry Management: Handle booking inquiries, availability requests, rate discussions, and general questions about our modeling roster. You'll gather necessary information from clients and route inquiries to the appropriate talent managers.
- Model Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for our models by providing detailed information about their portfolios, experience, special skills, and availability. Your knowledge of our talent pool will be essential in making successful matches.
