- Maintain coordinate and manage the office-wide court calendar
- Monitor eWatch/eLaw/eCourts
- Monitor non-electronic intake
- Enter all court and adjourned dates
- Document reasons for adjournments
- Track appearance results
- Monitor cases for decisions on motions
- Enter dates from all court orders and stipulations
- Coordinate attorney appearance assignments
- Ensure all orders are properly entered
- Contact clients to advise of court and deposition dates
Skills
- Experience in litigation-related data entry
- State and federal court electronic filing
- Maintaining firm-wide calendar
- Familiarity with court services
