Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (On-call rotation with additional stipend)

We’re currently seeking a Business Support Associate (BSA) to join our growing remote team. What You’ll Accomplish
As a Business Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating communication between customers, technicians, and team members
Preparing accurate quotes and processing invoices
Analyzing and presenting operational results to support decision-making
Using technology to drive communication, efficiency, and cost savings
Supporting customer inquiries and updating records accordingly
Participating in special projects aligned with your strengths and development goals

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
