911Cellular Technologies is seeking multiple Outbound Business Development Representatives to support growth across Healthcare, Higher Education, and K–12 markets. The role involves high-energy outbound sales focused on phone outreach, connecting with prospective customers, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound phone calls to prospective customers within assigned vertical marketsIntroduce our safety technology solutions and generate interest with new prospectsSchedule qualified discovery meetings for Account ExecutivesSend follow-up emails after conversations and voicemailsReconnect with prospects who have previously expressed interest but have not yet scheduled a meetingLog call activity, notes, and meeting outcomes in the CRMCoordinate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled meetingsFollow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and industry eventsOccasionally attend industry tradeshows with Account Executives to help engage potential customers and schedule follow-up meetingsConsistently meet or exceed daily call and meeting booking goalsBuild strong rapport with prospective customersMaintain organized follow-up with prospects across multiple touchpointsGenerate a steady pipeline of qualified meetings for Account ExecutivesSkills1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or call center rolesComfortable making a high volume of outbound calls dailyStrong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with new prospectsResilient and motivated in a goal-driven, activity-based roleOrganized and consistent with follow-up communicationPositive attitude and openness to coaching and feedbackExperience working with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)Willingness to travel occasionally for industry tradeshowsExperience selling into Healthcare, Higher Education, or K–12 markets is a plusBenefitsPerformance-based variable compensation (~$15,000)Paid time off401(K) (After 1st year)Health insurance reimbursement programCompany Overview911Cellular propels the safety communications industry forward with unprecedented, NIST-tested panic button and emergency notification system implementations.
