The mission of a Business Analyst II is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Technology teams by gathering and translating requirements into actionable plans, often using data analysis and modeling techniques. The Business Analyst II helps businesses make informed decisions and implement changes that align with their strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements
Write user stories using INVEST methodology, addressing functional and non-functional aspects
Ensure requirements meet business needs and technical feasibility
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making
Create visualizations to support data-driven insights
Assist in data modeling and design
Support technical teams in solution development
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quality delivery
Ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards
Engage in Agile methodologies to meet project timelines and priorities
Collaborate with business and technical teams for project alignment
Implement and monitor information security and data protection protocols
Ensure legal compliance for data integrity and availability (information assurance)
Proficiency with Agile tools and techniques.
Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance management.
