About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Automation Expert to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations that enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, low-code/no-code solutions using platforms like n8n, Sapphire, and OpenAI (ChatGPT). This is a high-impact role suited for someone who loves problem-solving and is passionate about the practical use of AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize prompt structures to enhance the performance and reliability of AI (LLM)-based tools, especially with OpenAI’s APIs.
Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms like n8n or similar (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Integrate multiple tools and APIs to streamline business operations (e.g., CRMs, databases, Slack, email systems).
Experiment with and deploy conversational and task-based AI agents using ChatGPT and other LLM platforms.
Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation.
Monitor performance, log usage, and iterate based on user feedback and results.
Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design and automation flows.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI integrations, or similar roles.
Proficient in tools like n8n, Sapphire, Zapier, or Make.
Hands-on experience using OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, GPT-4) for business automation and content generation.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and how LLMs interpret language.
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party platforms.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
