We are looking for an Agent IT Helpdesk (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will support and optimize the rollout of SIXT’s in-house rental software and IT systems across a global network of franchise partners. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our systems. You will work closely with IT project managers and Franchise Operations to drive system improvements and support international projects.
