Position Overview The Advanced Remote Data Entry Specialist role is a full‑time, high‑impact position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and managing large volumes of data that drive strategic decisions across marketing, finance, logistics, and operations. This is an “advance level” opportunity, meaning you will handle complex data sets, suggest process improvements, and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance, with additional overtime opportunities, performance bonuses, and a robust benefits package. Key Responsibilities • Data Input & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in Hirevector’s central databases, CRM systems, and specialized data‑management platforms. • Data Verification: Conduct thorough validation checks, cross‑reference sources, and resolve discrepancies to guarantee data consistency. • Report Generation: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to support departmental analysis. • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather required data, answer queries, and provide timely data support for ongoing projects. • Process Improvement: Identify bottlene‑cks, recommend automation or workflow enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry protocols. • Security & Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information, adhere to data‑privacy policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Professional Development: Leverage Hirevector’s paid training programs to stay current on best practices, new software tools, and emerging trends in data management. Essential Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or related fields. • Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail and achieve high accuracy rates. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Self‑motivation and disciplined time‑management skills, essential for remote work success. • Familiarity with data‑management software (e.g., SQL, Access, Tableau, or similar platforms) is highly desired.
