- Ensuring Financial Accuracy: Assist in ensuring a timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close. Review financial data, analyze variances, and provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in accounting roles, specifically in leading accounting projects for a large, global, publicly traded organization. Experience working cross-functionally with operations and business teams to implement accounting solutions for new business activities is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with accounting software and financial systems. Specific experience with Blackline modules, including reconciliations, matching, and journals modules, is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey accounting results and complex topics to finance and business leaders at all levels of the organization. Experience communicating in various organizational settings is required.
- Leadership Capabilities: A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on driving performance and fostering professional growth.
